Love the looks of the light fixture however, the glass pieces are very delicate. One had a hairline fracture and broke into pieces. Called customer care on April 17. They said no problem. They would send out to more glass pieces free I would have them in five business days, it has been 10 business days and still has not been received. Called customer care was on hold. for 15 minutes. The representative came back and said the person I spoke with was on the other line and asked how she could help. I told her the situation and she looked in the system and has no record of my original call or any note that the representative was going to be sending out replacement glass pieces. She said she would have the representative I spoke with on April 17 Call me back. Still waiting for a return call
