I received this very quickly and was securely packaged. The hair dryer is nicely designed, lightweight and well balanced. It features negative ions, two heat speeds, low and high and a cold function, and includes an attachment. Has a strong, powerful air flow and doesn't take long to dry hair. It's quiet, has a long cord with an attached velcro strip for storage.

It's nice and small, but packed with plenty of blow power to dry the hair. I like it that it has both the cool and warm air features. Some dryers I've had in the past didn't have the cool air function. Also, it doesn't get hot after 5 minutes of usage. It's small enough to pack in a travel bag.
