Very Frustrating

Knob made from plastic and very cheap material. I did not accept from GE to make this kind of cheap material, you cannot control it correctly and always keep eye on it if that knob completely off sometimes it remain open even the knob is on close position.

Cheap plastic knobs keep breaking

I own a GE cook top and the knobs have broken repeatedly year after year. There are hundreds of complaints regarding this issue, with customers continually purchasing replacements, you guys are making way too much money off of cheap-cheap-cheap parts. Unfortunately, this cook top came with the new build house. Your company should give out free replacement knobs. You know the knobs are poorly made. Your company is ripping off customers.

Poor choice of materials for critical safety part!

Came to my fiancée's house and smelled gas. Went to check the knobs. They looked to be in the Off position. It took a moment to find the burner that was still on. Found two knobs where broken. Her mom had tried to fix one. Cheap plastic on what should be a metal part. Glory to our capitalistic overlords! Your safety is no concern of theirs! The stove came with the house she bought 7 months ago. None of the choices below apply.
