Kohler 84499 Adjustable Toilet Fill Valve

I received my order today and it was very fast, which I very much appreciated. It was promised by 09.09.2017 and I received it today, 08.30.2017. Ordered it on 08.28.2017. However, what I received did not match with the photo on the webpage. I did not receive the red flapper, nor the black thing that looks like a miniature toilet (the flapper fits on it). Nor did I received one of the rods shown on the lower left corner of the photo and a couple of the hardware pieces. ALSO, BE AWARE, this retrofit is ALL PLASTIC except for the rod which holds the ball and the screws. The vertical rod shown in the picture is now plastic tube of about 1/2 inch diameter with 4 flanges running the length of it and a plastic tube surrounding it. that moves up and down. Maybe this is an improvement of the original design. One can only hope so. This is second time I am replacing the toilet's internals. IF ALL THEY INTENDED TO SELL IS THE BALLCOCK ASSEMBLY RETROFIT THEY SHOULD MAKE THIS CLEAR IN THE DESCRIPTION. BUT, other than the stupid California Prop 65 disclaimer, the only other "More Info" they give you are the three toilet models it fits. Had I known only the vertical assembly was being sold, I would have ordered the flapper and its partner component as well. There is a phone # on the "Pack Ticket", but when I called it I got "Google Voice" asking for my name and saying it would attempt to connect me, then I was told they were not answering. So, I guess they screen their calls to avoid calls like mine. I used Walmart.com, through which I purchased the item, to contact the seller, but received a message that they could not connect with the seller at this time, to try back again. Like I have time to sit at my computer and continually try to contact the seller through Walmart.com. It is lunch time east coast time, so no matter where they are in the continental US, it is within normal business hours. The area code is 612, so they are in Minneapolis. I love the design of the toilet, but its operation has been costly in terms of constant running water, no matter how many adjustments we have made. We gave up after awhile and just let it run. I wish I knew why Kohler thought they needed to design something different for the Rialto's internals instead of using "normal" toilet internals. My husband says we will never buy another Kohler product ever again. We had to replace the shower valve at one point, and the bathroom sink faucet will not stay screwed down tight to the sink counter (cultured marble sink top). When I bought all Kohler products they were supposed to be the "luxury upgrade". What a joke!

no...the kit pictured on the screen and what I received are not the same...the flush valve and flapper are not in the package that I received..unabled to reach vendor. WalMart supervisor could not reach them when she tried
