Grid like rug

This is a nice rug if you were looking for something neutral. I was, however, looking for the grid like effect shown in the picture and there is no sign of that.

This rugs cannot be returned

This rugs cannot be returned although their advertising indicate they can be returned within 60 days.. My issue started before they were delivered as i tried to change a size..this by the way a $500. Rug.. I was told i did it read the return policy..( if it is on sale it is not returnable) ALL THE RUGS ARE ON SALE!
