I would give zero stars

I never received my rug, and I have not been reimburse for the rug, I Ihave an even been able to speak to a supervisor in regards to the purchase but I was only told it FedEx left it at the door not in the building at the door

Don't waste your money

Save your money. This rug is as thin as cardboard and doesn't flatten. I've had it down now for four weeks and still rippled. Can't wait to replace it but waited too long to open and now can't return
