Love love!

Love this rug! I loved this pattern, it fits my boho house perfectly! Super soft and comfy as well. I definitely feel like it's more on the charcoal side, rather the chocolate side of dark unlike the photos. I got a smaller size of rug but it still elevates my space quite a bit.

Beautiful Rug

This rug will definitely catch the eye of anyone who walks into your home! The quality is outstanding and the colors are just as vibrant as the picture. To note, this is a spot clean only rug since there is no way you could use a carpet cleaner on it. I wouldn't recommend vacuuming with it with a normal vacuum, I personally use my handheld. It's relatively easy to clean otherwise and hard to notice if it is dirty because of all the intricate patterns. I originally ordered the rug incorrectly on this site without using my coupon code. I emailed them immediately and they issued a refund within a few hours for the difference I would have paid with the coupon. I ordered it at the busiest time of the year (Christmas) and the shipping was delayed by FedEx by a few days. I say this because when I contacted FedEx to find out where my rug was and they were ZERO help, I reached out to Boutique Rugs and they did all they could do to find out when my rug would be here. They even offered to send another one and file a claim on my behalf if I didn't receive it within a couple days. Luckily the rug came two days later and no further action was needed, but I felt assured by their excellent customer service that it would work out one way or another. They respond promptly and are so kind and helpful. They have a customer for life, and I've had so many people ask for the ordering info because they can see what great quality it is!

ALL TIME FAVE RUG

I bought this rug for my dining room table and I was hesitant at first. I wasn't sure if it would go, but it looks amazing and I will be purchasing one for my living room soon! The texture is so unique and looks like little pearls! I wasn't sure about the tassels in the beginning, but they add a whole new level!
