I wasn't aware that a replacement hose would even be available. I appreciate Dyson's goal to make their vacuums easy maintenance/repair. It was very easy to remove old hose and install new one; took less than 60 seconds. Along with my praise for Dyson, I was so happy that this replacement hose was available through WalMart! Ordering is so easy with WM and the prices are always great! The order was filled quickly and I am very satisfied with both Dyson and WM!
