NOT as advertised on the picture 😖

Picture shows tapered to woman's "Elastic waist" and some red at the bottom. The one I received is HUGE, no taper to waist, no red, just blue and gold, not yellow. Colors are vibrant, but please correct the deceptive advertising. If it's "one size" with "Elastic Waist" then please demonstrate that on the picture! If not, DON'T say so. People also rely on the advertised picture to make a decision. Not a happy customer 😒 😕
