Fast delivery, good quality, too soft

I loved the fast delivery. The rolled and vacuum sealed pscking made it easier to bring up to my 3rd floor bedroom. It is heavy though as more in the specs. The mattress is constructed well and is of good quality.I was glad there was no odor like these mattresses sometimes have. I am used to and prefer a firm mattress, and did see this was a medium firm. I didn't think there be as much of a difference as it turned out to be. This mattress is too soft for our taste and we are having a hard time sleeping. I will be returning this and going with someone firm. if you prefer a softer mattress, this may be good for you as it did seem to provide decent support. I've learned the firmness is a matter of preference and the support is what matters.
