Support the healing of thumb sprains or strains, hyperextension, tendonitis and other conditions with McKesson's universal spica splint. Fit this thumb splint onto the right or left thumb as needed using its bilateral and universal design. Dorsal, radial and palmar stay pockets maximize thumb stabilization, support and comfort. Customize your level of support by removing or shaping the malleable aluminum stay and a flexible spiral in each pocket of the sprain splint. The aluminum stay helps abduct the thumb in the proper position, potentially aiding in faster healing and recovery. Simply slide the thumb into the pre-formed thumb spica and secure the brace with a single wraparound elastic strap. The wide spandex strap stretches around the wrist to achieve even and consistent compression. Trim excess strap material as needed to achieve a correct fit. One size fits most.

Made in China and so the quality of fit is odd. It actually made my thumb hurt more and was uncomfortable for the wrist. I was familiar with the brand name so that really made this purchase very disappointing.

USELESS!
The thumb part is NOT ADJUSTABLE! I'm female and weigh 110 lbs, and my GOOD thumb with no swelling barely fits! They apparently don't understand the purpose if the thumb strap on their own product. The seam in the attached picture should be OPEN to allow for adjustability. Definitely will not fit most. The majority of adults would not be able to cram their thumb into it.
