Sold me someone's return.

I would like a refund for this radio. I've had nothing but trouble and the back up camera still doesn't work even after you sent me the plug. I'm enclosing a video of what the camera is doing. I believe you sold me a return from the beginning because of the way it was packaged. It was loose in the box with only bubble wrap on it. I need a refund and a return address for it. We tried three separate cameras and none of them worked including the extra camera.
