I ordered seven bags of Morton 3460 salt but received Morton Professional's Choice salt, which is the wrong product. When I tried to return the product, Walmart said that the order was fulfilled by a 'third party' and that I would have to wait for them to issue the credit. Something is fishy because my credit card charge shows that Walmart booked the sale. Why do I have to wait for their supplier to credit my account? Walmart does this a lot! They are trying to be like Amazon but unlike Amazon, their return policy is a hoax and very, very frustrating. Walmart books the sale and takes the revenue but doesn't honor the return...?... This is a financial scam in my opinion. If I walk into the store to buy and want to return, Walmart credits the money back without question. Online should be the same, especially if they are the ones booking the sale!! I will stop buying from Walmart from now on.
