I'm learning to trust this product.

I tried Relax because iHerb didn't carry Sleep also by youtheory. It turned out to be superior for sleep because it's a precursor to Glutamine. Theanine is rare in nature only being found in some fungus and Matcha Tea. I was reluctant to use Matcha as it is high in caffeine. I only use a 1/4 teaspoon of Relax just before bed with chocolate, ginger, and turmeric. My worry now will be whether I develop tolerance and it quits working. If that happens I'll rewrite my review to include that information. I recommend a high-fiber diet along with this product.

This delightful tasting effervescent blend is designed to soothe and relax. One serving contains 300 mg of highly absorbable magnesium and provides a unique combination of anti-stress nutrients: GABA and L-theanine. This formula is best taken on an empty stomach before bed, but can be used anytime (day or night) to help alleviate the effects of stress.The quality is excellent, the capsule size is small, the packaging, the dosage is all right

Better combo than any other product.

I use this product for maximum benefit before sleep. This package is of perfect size and composition, ingredients look safe and of good quality. It can assist with recovery of muscles after an intense workout, and I have found it very useful. The taste is neutral and the combination with magnesium and L-Thianine is the best and impactful.
