The patented STAS Minirail system is the thinnest and most innovative picture hanging system in the world. It is our most popular as it combines the elegance of all our rail systems in one small package. If you want an elegant, barely visible hanging system, the STAS minirail system is your best choice.The aluminum track, which is available in classic white or modern matte silver, can be easily cut to size and will bear loads of up to 55 pounds per linear yard. If wanting to paint the rails, choose white then lightly sand, clean and paint to the desired color. You can hang two or more pieces of art, one above the other, on the same cord; and you can expand your installation with available add-on components.This rail kit contains 6 minirails 59?, 12 cobra transparent perlon cords 59" (the cobra head can be hooked directly into the bottom channel of the rail without needing to slide it into place), 12 Smartspring hooks (can bear 10 lbs each), 6 combicaps, 6 rail connectors and installation hardware. Buy this kit to hang either 12 medium size frames (16x20 inches or smaller) or 6 large frames (greater than 16x20 inches). To hang more frames purchase extra cords and hooks.
