Excellent Tires, on and off road
My reservations were due to the open tread and noise but those concerns were unfounded. They are not boulevard cruisers, but not particularly load, even at highway speeds. Had a panic braking situation on the road and they were easy to keep at impending lock up. Off road they have performed exceptionally well in the mud. I haven't pushed them but they have a lot of bite, so I haven't needed 4WD. Sure they throw mud for 1/2 a mile after getting back on the pavement, but they are off road tires. Originally I bought them for price but am exceptionally pleased with their performance both on and off road.
