- The Estate Swing 1000D includes a generous sized control box that can house a larger Group size 24 battery compared to most gate operating systems. A larger Group size 24 battery means more cycles during a time of power outages or low sunlight (if solar is being used). A fully charged Group size 24 deep cycle battery will provide up to 300 cycles or an average of 30 days usage on a basic system before requiring a recharge. Group size 24 battery is not included.
- Considered to be a heavy duty single gate opener, it has a 500mm stroke length and was designed to accommodate heavy or long gates. Yet, it is still gentle enough for lightweight gates. Can be used with wood, steel, aluminum, vinyl, chain link and other gate materials. Works with gates that weight up to 600 lbs. or gates up to 12 ft. and has a max degree of 110 degrees opening.
- When using your opener to "pull to open" your gate, you will need a gate post or column size at a max of 6"x6" post or gate mounted 3" form rear face of column.
