The tires were a good purchase. I am not happy though about making an appointment time for 1pm and I was there 30 mins before said time and was checked in before said time. went to check on my car around 2pm to see if it was done. I was informed that they had no paperwork on my vehicle and didn't show anything in the computer. They had to redo my paperwork and I had to wait around for another hour cause they just pulled my car in after the second set of paperwork was done!! If I hadn't went back to check on my car it would have sat there all day not getting done.
