I have been taking this supplement for over a year. I like the combination of vitamins and minerals. The two main vitamins, Vit C and D3 both have percentages that exceed the DV. I especially like the quantity contained in the bottle. There are 300 capsules and the dosage is 2 per day, so one bottle will last you 5 months. Great value! I am very rarely sick and I think this supplement contributes greatly to my good health. I will continue to purchase this product.
