I purchased foe my Long Bed Tacoma. Yes these are made for the short bed but still work. They are short towards the front of the bed but long enough to do what I need. I do recommend them if that is the way you want to go.

easy to install, good quality components. you may need to make modifications if using with a bed rack if the bed rack mounting brackets extend past the factory rails. that wasn't a problem until i installed these (rack was sitting on the panels). luckily my bed rack is adjustable and i was able to make it narrower and still work.

The RC Molle Racks are easy to installed with the provided hardware's. The straps provided are not very useful for my use. The racks are very good quality and strong.
