Very poorly designed and blue is bright baby blue

These yoga shorts are very poorly designed and/or sewn. The butt area feels so crooked. The fit in that area is very off and uncomfortable. I bought an XL blue. Note on color: I thought the blue would be a muted sea blue or grayish sky blue, but it is actually a bright baby blue. I might try the black to see if I just got a lemon but my gut is telling me that its not likely. At the same time, I bought some Ryka Maternity Biker Shorts and the quality of those was amazing, but they don't have a pocket like these BadPiggies ones.
