This smart scale really works! It monitors and tracks body composition. It does work with its own app. I had no trouble getting it to interface with the app. It uses Bluetooth to connect with your phone. After you connect for the first time it connects automatically every time after that. You need to have your phone nearby because of the limited range of Bluetooth. Very nice product!
