Don't Recommend Product or Seller
Seemed like a great little tool at first, gave to my son as a Christmas gift for his Nintendo Switch. Worked well at first but maybe a few months later the stylus tip broke up. It only had gentle use and not even every day. He came to me and said it had started coming off while he was using it and then completely separated when he put it down. I understand it had been a little while and may not be under warranty but was hoping because it was defective there might be some leeway from either Walmart or the seller. Walmart contacted the seller on my behalf, twice and said I should hear from them within 48hrs with a response if I could receive refund or replacement. Didn't hear anything. I contacted Walmart again and they sent them a message and still nothing from the seller. I contacted them directly myself and no response. I checked my Spam folder, no messages, not even to advise they couldn't help me. This was over the course of a few weeks. Going to try to contact Walmart again and see if I can get some manufacturer info as it didn't say on the stick and I had discarded the packaging which didn't really have much on it. This is a great product at first, but it didn't last. Wouldn't recommend the product or the seller as they didn't respond to my inquiry, even to professionally say they were unable to help. So if you do have issues with the product you may not hear back from them.
