Super cute, meant for indoor door, too small for

I got these for a screen door that has cut one too many garments while walking in or out. The door is at the top of steps, so walking up the steps, holding the door, results in snagged clothes from the sharp bottom of the door. I really wanted these to work, but they are made for an interior door. They fit my bathroom door beautifully, but were too small for the screen door. I need a wider base.
