Shrinks like ive never seen.

I hope people read this before ordering. ORDER 1 - 2 SIZES BIGGER THAN YOU ARE. I cant believe the shrinkage. I ordered 2X. When i got it, i tried it on and it seamed too big. I then washed it. Warm/cold cycle. Dried on low heat. There are no washing instructions on it. I now cant wear it unless i drop about 20 pounds. Tight as heck. I ordered the long sleeve version of this as well as the t-shirt. All yielded the same result. Unfortunate.....
