Excellent prostate vitamin. I had an enlarged prostate. Researched and found these. One year later my Doctor said prostate was in good shape. Mentioned it was enlarged and he said he noted it on the chart, but it is not now. Doctor would not hear of a vitamin making a difference. Glad Walmart sells high mg Carlyle brand at a great price!
