RIGHT ON THE MONEY

I purchased this coffee for a second home. We had to struggle to get it up 3 flights of stairs. After ripping the box apart and starting to put it together we realized it was missing screws and it was damaged where they put it together. Instructions say call 1-800-549-3300 before contacting the place you bought it from. I have called 5 times and sent pics. NOTHING. People don't care about quality anymore..
