I just started to use this product and so far so good. I am starting slow as recommended. It will take some time to notice health benefits. The only problem I've had is dispensing it. I need to measure the amount I'm taking vs. just squirting it in my coffee. I found the best way to do that is to unscrew the lid and stick a measuring spoon into the bottle and scooping it out. Pouring or squirting makes oil run down the outside of the bottle.

expensive but worth it if you can afford it. I have done keto for 3 years and while cheaper mct oils may give you energy, this stuff will make you sweat! I can really tell a difference.

I was hesitant to try this oil but I must say that it actually has no taste and does not change the taste of my coffee at all. It is a little pricy but a little cheaper than other sellers. I will probably buy this again.
