Frame perfect; customer service less so

Just thrilled with the frame. It's high quality and competitively priced. Easy enough for a noob like me to hang something to look really nice. I did get a text saying I'd be getting my order on such and such a date. It did not arrive, so I tracked, and UPS hadn't heard of the tracking number. I left a voicemail for Art To Frame, which was never returned. The next day, the frame arrived.

Lovely. Quality frame

This frame is really beautiful and made with quality products & workmanship. It took several weeks longer than I expected to be delivered, however my order was placed at the very start of this covid 19 virus so I expect that was the reason for the delay. Irregardless, the quality of the frame makes it worth the wait AND due to covid closures I an M still waiting for wall painting so...no harm done! Good job ArtToFrames

Perfect Pictures Framed!

The Frames are so well made and exactly what I was looking for. It isn't possible to find a 14 x 20 frame in any old store. Thanks to Art To Frames, I now have frames for some of my vintage posters. The quality and finish to the frames is outstanding. I would 110% recommend these frames for any hard to find sizes you may need. Thank you for a easy and pleasant experience and for being so fast to get them to me. A++!
