I first used this product a few years ago and I found quick results. I had low immunity and was constantly catching colds. A sore throat was always my first symptom and I would use this at the onset of it. I found that it would eliminate the progress or shorten the duration of a cold. I tried the other brand in the yellow bottle and even though it tastes better, it was not effective. I decided to stick with this brand. The menthol makes the taste very strong but because I know it works, for me it's tolerable. Sometimes I'll follow with a teaspoon of Manuka honey or regular honey. I recently purchased because my husband caught a cold. I knew I'd catch it too. After receiving the product quickly in the mail, I used it as soon as I felt a sore throat. It's now the next morning and I feel a lot better. No sore throat, no congestion or runny nose. I've been taking other supplements too like probiotics and super greens to help boost immunity. I think doing this while using the spray helps the effectiveness. I despise feeling sick so I try to do what I can to feel better quick!
