Each of our RESTORE reclaimed wood bench tops tells the story of an ethically sourced product, carefully harvested in North America through responsible forestry efforts that employ low-impact logging methods. Every piece of RESTORE by PIPE DÉCOR wood is certified, either through Mexico’s Secretariat of Environment and Natural Resources or through the Forest Stewardship Council of the United States. UNIQUE COLOR AND GRAIN: The hand-applied Boulder Black stain creates a dark-washed appearance with hints of natural tan and deep apricot accents. Each ponderosa pine bench top is unique in both and color and grain, so no two are exactly alike. Our finishing process enhances the existing characteristics of each piece for a final look that’s both rustic and industrial. Every knot becomes a beautiful accent, while the natural wood grain offers organic movement to the finished bench top. COMPONENTS AND SPECIFICATIONS: Each bench kit contains one 48 in. x 16 in. x 34 in. wood bench top, featuring 3 pillowed edges and one live, organic edge, plus one set of "H" pipe legs. Base assembly is required. CLEAN AND SEAL: Our pipes and fittings are coated in a protective oil before shipping to prevent rust during transit. Follow our simple process to clean and seal the pipe and fittings before assembly to ensure that they stay rust-free for life. After removing the oil from the pipe and fittings, seal with polyurethane spray to protect from rust and scratches. Once they’re sealed, they’re ready to be attached to your reclaimed wood bench top. Simply wipe down the surface with a damp cloth and gentle dish soap. Do not let water stand on the reclaimed wood bench top for any length of time.
