Seems like decent quality

It will take two people minimum to open and set up. The 12' unit will also need the support poles for the overhead portion. The canvas and screen seems sturdy - we haven't used it yet only set it up in the yard. Overall the unit is a bit heavy to carry, but that's expected given the size of it. The mint color is brighter than expected.
