This product is the best that I have tried. It works quickly. You chew it up and swallow. It tastes pretty good. It works well for my vertigo. If I use it at onset it's great and helps even when it's full blown. I also like it if I just feel nauseous without having vertigo. My daughter also likes and uses this product.
