This is the most effective way to control flies. There is no smell so the product can be used around outdoor seating areas. It is incredible how quickly the flies drop. I use t small can left over from cat food. and mix crystals with water into paste. Then I insert this can into large old jar and place near my trash cans. Most flies drop into the jar instantly. I have tried smelly traps, glue traps, blue light traps and all kinds of sprays. Nothing compares to this product in my view.. One caution - it is not safe for bees so put the dish in an area where bees will not be likely to enter. Highly recommend.
