Decent fit. OK quality.

My son is 5-8 165 lbs with a huskyish build. Medium fits pretty well. He might even be able to wear them next season too. These pads clearly arent the premium option (which is why they arent 400 dollars). But they should hold up OK for a season or two. By then, he will outgrow them anyway. BTW- he is the Center. We chose the all purpose pads for better arm movement.
