ONE YEAR NON-TRANSFERRABLE LIMITED WARRANTY. Radio Systems Corporation, owner of the PetSafe Brand, (hereinafter referred to as ?PetSafe?) warrants to the original retail consumer purchaser who purchased a PetSafe product from an authorized dealer of PetSafe products, and not any other purchaser or subsequent owner, that its PetSafe product, when subject to normal and proper residential use, will be free from defects in material or workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the purchase date. An ?original retail consumer purchaser? is a person or entity who originally purchases the product, or a gift recipient of a new product that is unopened and in its original packaging. When serviced by PetSafe Customer Service, PetSafe covers labor and parts for the first year of ownership; after the first year, a service or upgrade charge will apply relative to replacement of the product, with new or refurbished items at PetSafe?s sole discretion.

Easy install and quick training.
Extremely happy with my purchase. Only took a few days for my dog to adapt after I installed it. Had to purchase another 500ft spool for my yard. Being able to not have to install this inside and drill through my house was a big plus in purchasing this fence. My dog now has freedoms he didn’t in the past and loves playing with the next door neighbors dog. He is very wary and doesn’t get too close to the edge. We have it on level 3 and never had to go higher. As for price, so much cheaper than having a company install - have already recommended to a neighbor.

He's Free!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have one happy dog! He absolutely loves being free! Coco can run around the yard freely as I do my yard work. He stays in his own yard and not being chained up is awesome. I just moved in my new house and have not had a chance to put up a fence, now I don't have to spend the money on it. I have only used it for a week and so far so good! I see no negatives about this Petsafe product.
