Q/B blend provides natural antihistamine relief

About three weeks ago, I developed an itchy rash on my forearms that woke me up at night. Possible causes included pool chemicals, the sun, an allergy, and dry skin run amok. This quercetin/bromelain formula has been touted as offering relief from dermatitis. I take one pill during both morning and evening hours. The rash, along with one daily antihistamine and calamine lotion, has largely dissipated. I will continue to take ths Q/B combo as a natural antihistamine and anti-inflammatory aid.
