To be honest I have not used it yet, I have turned it on but not run it for a long time. As soon as I bought it to replace my old one, the temperature dropped again. However, it ran well. It fits my window perfectly. The young man who came to install it for me was very nice and polite. He worked quickly and efficiently and cleaned up before he left.

Best air conditioner, Control off an app. Love it.
This is a very convenient a/c it works really great very cold and easy to use. I really like the WiFi feature were I can control it off of an app, makes it very easy to use and exciting. It also allows me to control it so I can save energy and maintain it. It allows you to see how much you're using. All in all this is a very great air conditioner I highly recommend it.
