This back support is incredibly thin and provides virtually no comfort to my back. And although it has an adjustable strap to fit around the back of your chair, it doesn't come close to fitting around my chair; the strap is so cheaply made that it broke completely off the back of the chair when I tried to put it on. For 30 bucks, it's way overpriced. If this piece of junk had a price point of around $10-$15, I would be generous and give it two stars. I do not recommend this.
