The smell and appearance of this ground beef is exceptional, and while it may contain 20% fat when cooked there is minimal shrinkage or grease left in the pan and the burgers made from this are fantastic - and it tastes just as good in other recipes. BE CAREFUL!!! I GOT 1 LB AND IT WAS SO SMALL BUT HEAVY, AND HALF THE USUAL SIZE. FILLED WITH JUNK TO MAKE IT WEIGH MORE!!! SO GROSS WHEN COOKING, SMELLS AND JUST LOOKS GROSS. THE GEN Z CHUMPS ACCEPT IT THEY DONT KNOW WHAT A REAL LB OF BURGER SHOULD BE. AVOID WALMART MEAT AT ALL COSTS!!! CANT EVEN GET INFO ON WHERE IT COMES FROM.
