I love this because there’s not a lot of “product” in my mouth. I’m a 51 year old woman but I need to adjust these to their smallest size otherwise it makes me feel like gagging. When I first got it....I tried it during the day and I hated it. So I threw it in my drawer and forgot about it. Then my husband heard me grinding my teeth very loudly one night.....also the dentist has told me to get this guard due to my gums receding.....so I told myself to get it out of the drawer and use it! I did, and it’s just fine....I don’t feel weird about it anymore....probably cuz I know I’ve got to use it. Anyway, I can barely feel it in my mouth at night. I also wash it in my hands with soap and water after I wake up. And about once a week I soak it in bleach water. I’m getting ready to order another pair simply cuz I lost one and I don’t want to lose my last one.
