    The pill was too large. I was unable to swallow. I attempted to cut it open,but was unable to really get the entire amount.I was not sure if I could even do that. I wasted my money!

    My doctor advised me to start taking calcium as I have some small bone density. Pill is large but very easy to go down. I'm not a fan of taking pills.
