Quality boot except for the heel!

I received these boots 11/11/19 and like the other reviewer, the heel cup does dig into the sides of my heels. I'm still holding out hope that they will break in a little more but as of right now it is uncomfortable. If it does not get any better I will probably make use of the warranty and return them. Aside from that they seem like a quality made boot. The only other suggestion I would have for Rocky would be to put a loop on the back of the boot to assist in pulling the boot on.
