Herbion Ginkgo Gotu Kola Supplements - Antioxidant Memory Support Herbs, 60 Vegicaps

This supplement has some great ingredients that I know and love. I like that I can recognize what they are. I would like to see long term how it helps me. It's hard to say if they actually work on a short term period of time. Great product though.

I had been experiencing anxiety and some memory loss lately and wanted to try a supplement to help alleviate some of these issues. I wanted a supplement that was natural and so the Herbion Naturals seemed like the one to try. I have had headaches and lacked mental recall and trouble remembering words. My mother has dementia so I am hoping to avoid that fate for me. I have been taking the Memory support pills for about a week but within that time frame I do not have headaches anymore. I don't feel the fog I would sometimes get for no reason. Even after this short time I feel my memory recall and remembering words or things is much better. I feel a sense of well being and not the anxious energy I used to have. It's been a relatively short time so I am excited about continued success with long term use. The capsules have no bitter taste and are easy to take. I take 2 each morning as suggested. There are many memory capsules on the market but the Herbion Memory Support are all natural and are much more affordable then many brands advertised.
