The patch and cup are really great quality.

I think the product is great. My complaint is with the website details after ordering the product. I ordered 2 personalized tumblers. I didn't notice until I received the items that only 1 tumbler was personalized. When I went back to review my order, it wasn't until a closer review of details I noticed one tumbler had the word text, which means it is personalized. If the details were clearer I may have noticed before I submitted the order. I would gladly purchase another personalized tumbler, but I will make sure to pay closer attention to the details. I hope I've helped in preventing someone from making the same mistake.

Nice, large size. Looks good and does what it's supposed to do! I like that the cup is smaller at the bottom, so it fits perfectly in the cup holder in the car. Lid fits well and works well (sometimes lids just don't seem to work right.) A good value, I'm pleased with this purchase!
