Nice machine difficult installation

This heater must be wired with number six wire. Which is quite large and difficult to work with. The space provided in this heater to hook up this enormous wire is ridiculously small!!!! It took me three hours to manage it. The remote control is a little looney as well. I would expect to be able to change the temp setting by pressing the up and down buttons but NO NO" NO! I have to press the silly pointer finger button a couple times and then I can change the temp. Not convenient. The on/off button on the remote works well!

Dear Walmart CustomerThank you for your purchase. We are sorry to hear that you had difficulty installing this heater as most installer's have told us that it was a quit easy installation. We do recommend that a professional electrician perform this installation. The #6 wire is required to provide the 42 AMPS required by this powerful heater that produces up to 34,000 BTU's/HR. There is a side access panel to the internal wire connection area that provides significant access to wire connection area. The pointer finger button allows you to move between heating and fan only use of the heater. This should be depressed only 1X to allow you to then change temp settings. Ideally you would select a temperature setting and the heater will cycle on/off to maintain that temperature without further interaction from the user.
