Product description1. Unscrew the self-venting drain plug to drain the water from the bowl into a container.2. Tighten the drain.3. Use a primer bulb to fill the filter with fuel.4. Start the engine and check for leaks.Model: S3213 SFC-19120-10B 35604941 35809097To Replace1. Untighten the self-venting drain plug and drain the sinto container.2. Remove the filter mounting bracket with bowl connected.3. Remove the sand bowl from the filter. Clean the O-ring on the bowl. The bowl is reusable * do not throw away.4. Lubricate the O-ring with oil or grease and install it on the bowl.5. Install the bowl on the new one, hand tighten.6. Lubricate the upper filter seal with oil or grease.7. Fill the filter/bowl with clean fuel and attach to the mounting bracket, hand tighten.8. Start the engine and check for leaks.
