I FOUND MY REMEDY TO NIGHTLY MUSCLE CRAMPING
For those of us compelled to take extra magnesium because of your physician's recommendations ( leg cramps etc) , this is the product for you. The peach flavor masks the metal taste when mixed with cold water. Probably with juice also but I take it with water to avoid the sugar in juices. Why take the huge pills that get stuck when this delicious option works and tastes great! But the best advantage is that it WORKS! After several months of torturous nightly spasms and twisted painful muscles, try this product It worked for me. Good luck to you.

Magnesium ... we all need it
Best all around product, from brand, amount, flavor, to it dissolves so well. I like this as one of the top brand makers who never has but the best quality product and this lager size and the taste is so great. We all need more magnesium and I know you will like and should try this product today for a treat.

This is a high-quality product. Dynamic duo benefit of glycinate and chelate. I specifically wanted magnesium in glycinate form for increased absorpency. The fact that it is also chelated boosts its absorbency even more. Also, I am particular about the ingredient used for sweetening -- no aspartame or splenda, etc. Just good,clean stevia. The tub is a good size for the money, providing 44 servings. I double that number by using a magnesium spray in the morning. It easily dissolves in water and tastes great. I take it two hours before bedtime as a sleep aid. The packaging is clean and simple.
