A Great joint supplement!
Old age is no fun! Even though I made it to 60 years old, (it seems like only the other day I couldn't wait to turn 21)– With my old age came a variety of problems with one of them being harder to stand up. So the bottle of “Osteo Bi-Flex” states it contains 88 pills, & your supposed to take 2 of them a day. They are quite larger then I would expect & the 1st two I took, I had a slight problem swallowing them. Although on the “Osteo Bi-Flex” package it states it takes a week, standing up I was feeling partial effects the very next day. After a week of taking them (2 pills a day) It was getting way easier to stand up. (Pretty amazing) Over all, I'm a fan of these supplements. They seemed like they rolled the clock back 4 years at least & I can move way better. My only gripe at this point is the pills are fairly good size, and slightly tough to swallow.

Great help with joint pain
I have been taking another brand for joint pain but I have found after taking this for a week in a little more relief with my joint pain. I have joint pain in my knees, shoulders and fingers. I am happy with the results and will continue to use this.
