I've been using Osteo Bi-Flex for years. I've had issues with arthritis in my hand, arm and toe as I'm getting older. I didn't want to take a prescription, so I tried OTC supplement first. I am pain free all year. I am so very pleased with the results. You need to take it exactly as it says for a couple weeks to let it get in your system. I was able to cut back the dose to once a day, but everyone is different and we have different issues.
