Perfect combo of sharpness and weight
I love how sturdy the handles are on these knives, the heaviness is perfect, it feels just right in my hand. The sharpness is fantastic , an ease for cutting meats or veggies , specially tomatoes! The only warning about the knives is that they are very sharp, don't be distracted , I learned the hard way and cut my finger nail but glad it wasn't my finger. I've only been using them for 1 week and so far I don't have any complaints . This was a perfect gift, given by my son ❤️
